The compensation offered to the candidate selected for the position will depend on several factors, including the candidate's educational background, skills and professional experience.

Job Overview

• The Receptionist performs front desk reception, scheduling duties, coordinates the operations of patient information, welcome, meet-and-greet patient navigation programs, and ensures a welcoming environment for patients and visitors.
• The goal is achieved through various channels by working with multidisciplinary team members to provide exceptional customer service to all patients and visitors in order to achieve a high level of satisfaction and enhance first impressions.

Qualifications

Required:

• High School graduate or G.E.D. equivalent
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including workdays, weekends, and holidays
• Completion of all required orientation programs

Preferred:

• 1-2 years customer service experience
• Ability to deal with diversified customers.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Able to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision.

Scheduling Requirements

• Shift Day
• Time: Working: Flexibility to work hours fluctuating between 7:00am and 5:00pm
• Status: Full Time
• Hours: 37.5hrs
