Job Title: Marketing Cloud Operations Specialist
Work Hours: 37.5 hrs/week, Monday–Friday
Pay Rate: $35.00/hr
Education Requirement: High school diploma required
Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience: Mandatory Position SummaryWe are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Marketing Cloud Operations Specialist to provide crucial marketing operations support during a leadership transition. This temporary remote position focuses on the execution and optimization of email marketing campaigns and maintenance of marketing assets and data extensions within Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Key Responsibilities

• Email Campaign Management: Build, test, and deploy email campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Asset Organization: Create, maintain, and organize Content Builder assets and folders.
• Data Extension Management: Set up and maintain Data Extensions, ensuring audience accuracy and compliance with standards.
• Audience Segmentation: Support audience selection and segmentation for effective campaign targeting.
• Workflow Documentation: Assist in documenting marketing workflows and supporting process improvements.
• Standards & Compliance: Follow established naming conventions, organizational standards, and best practices for marketing operations.
• Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, events, and communications teams to coordinate timelines and deliverables.

Preferred Qualifications

• Proven experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including Content Builder, Email Studio, and Data Extensions.
• Excellent organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and ability to follow processes.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-driven, with strong initiative and proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Experience in higher education, alumni associations, or nonprofit marketing preferred.
