Sales Manager, Life Insurance

Location Lake Charles, Louisiana Position Summary Kemper Home Service team seeks a Sales Manager to work with agents within their assigned territory. This role involves recruiting, training and supervising a team of approximately seven agents. Responsibilities Recruit, train and supervise assigned agents. Achieve results through consistent recruiting, training and supervising activities. Continuously prospect for agent candidates. Regularly manage and monitor agents’ sales and collection activities. Conduct business inspections in the field and by phone to ensure company policies and procedures are followed. Provide service for agencies without an assigned agent. Report to the District Manager. Qualifications 2+ years of sales management or equivalent experience. Fully licensed in Life, Health, Property and Casualty. Work in-office and in the field as business dictates; 50–100% of time in field to recruit, train, develop and support agents in assigned territories.
