Smick Management Services seeks a Regional Director of Sales and Marketing for senior living communities. The role leads multi-site strategies, drives census growth and revenue, and oversees tours, training, and market planning across IL/AL/MC communities. The position requires extensive travel (80% outside Texas) and proven senior living sales management experience.
