The Role As a District Manager, you'll lead and support up to five restaurant locations, driving operational excellence, team development, and exceptional guest experiences. What you’ll Do Lead, coach, and develop Restaurant General Managers and management teams Drive sales, profitability, and guest satisfaction across your market Build strong talent pipelines through hiring, succession planning, and development Monitor key performance metrics including labor, food safety, inventory, and guest experience scores Conduct regular restaurant visits, audits, and performance reviews Partner with Recruiting, HR, and Training teams to build high-performing restaurants Support local store marketing initiatives and new restaurant openings Resolve guest concerns and champion a Gold Standard experience for guests and team members What it takes 5+ years of multi-unit restaurant management experience Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing teams Strong business acumen and experience managing restaurant financial performance Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Experience with new restaurant openings is a plus Valid driver's license and ability to travel 80–85% within the market Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and respond to business needs as required Why You’ll Love It Here High-Impact Role: Your leadership will shape the future of Smashburger and drive our success.
