Job Overview A law firm seeks a highly qualified Capital Markets Associate to join its Corporate Department in Dallas, Texas. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in public securities and general corporate work at a nationally recognized law firm. Duties Represent public and private companies, investment banks, and investors in securities offerings and compliance. Draft and negotiate key legal documents for corporate and securities transactions. Engage in transactions involving non-U.S. companies and strategic transactions for public companies. Requirements 3-5 years of relevant experience at a nationally recognized law firm. Experience with 1934 Exchange Act reporting and compliance. Strong drafting, analytical, and writing skills. Client-team focused approach. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Certifications Licensed to practice law in the state of Texas. Skills Excellent academic credentials.
