Capital Markets Associate (5-6 years)Dallas (DFW) + Houston/NYC options Public and Private Offerings Our AmLaw 100 client is hiring a senior associate for a capital markets team with a real footprint in Dallas, New York City or Houston. Recognized high-yield practice, including convertible and other debt offerings, with nationally noted leadership. Role Summary
•Public offerings and private placements of equity and debt securities
•Exchange Act reporting and ongoing disclosure (periodic reports, proxies, governance support)
•Coordination with specialists across finance, tax, and restructuring as transactions require
Candidate Profile
•5-6 years of capital markets experience at a peer firm
•Reps across offerings plus day-to-day '34 Act reporting and governance work
•Strong drafting instincts and the ability to run point with bankers and in-house teams
•Bar admission in the state where you plan to sit (and in good standing)
The firm's platform is active in high-yield and broader securities work, with meaningful issuer and investor-side exposure
•Senior associate seat with room to lead, not just execute
