Job Overview A law firm seeks a Capital Markets and Securities Associate with over three years of experience to join their Capital Markets Practice Group in Dallas, TX. Duties Lead and execute corporate finance transactions, including public and private securities offerings. Requirements Experience in corporate and securities law at a major law firm. Strong understanding of the Securities Act, Exchange Act, and relevant stock exchange rules. Ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Education JD from an accredited law school. Certifications Admission to the New York State Bar.
