Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and, when appropriate, utilize the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM) for evaluation to diagnose and determine individual needs and treatment strategies.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that incorporate recognized evidence-based practices, considering the unique cultural and emotional needs of each patient.

• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of treatment through regular assessments, adjusting care plans as necessary to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

• Maintain accurate records of patient treatment history and care plans, ensuring timely documentation that complies with regulatory standards and department protocols.
\n
• Collaborate with patients' families and other members of the healthcare team to develop comprehensive care strategies that enhance patient safety and promote symptom relief.

• Facilitate referrals and act as a critical link between patients and external treatment providers, ensuring a continuum of care.

• Provide educational support and mentorship for students and interns, fostering future professionals in the mental health field.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• A valid and current State License as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and expertise. In addition to generous compensation, our benefits package includes:
