ROLE DESCRIPTION As a Customer Service Representative with Kathy Wall State Farm, you’ll be the first point of contact for our clients, helping deliver a high-level customer experience that keeps them coming back. You’ll play a key role in supporting clients, resolving questions, and ensuring their policies stay up to date, all while building meaningful relationships within the community.
