Role Description

As a Customer Service Representative with Kathy Wall State Farm, you'll be the first point of contact for our clients, helping deliver a high-level customer experience that keeps them coming back. You'll play a key role in supporting clients, resolving questions, and ensuring their policies stay up to date, all while building meaningful relationships within the community.

What You'll Do

• Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information
• Assist with policy updates, changes, and renewals
• Process claims and follow up to ensure a smooth experience
• Maintain accurate and detailed customer records
• Collaborate with team members to support client needs
• Anticipate client needs and provide proactive service
