Job Description As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member, you'll be at the forefront of delivering an exceptional customer experience. Providing friendly and efficient assistance with policy inquiries, updates, and claims. Utilizing digital tools and platforms to connect with a younger demographic. Qualifications Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Tech-savvy with a familiarity with digital communication tools. Willingness to obtain relevant insurance licenses (training will be provided).
