Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough initial and ongoing evaluations of patients' physical abilities, mobility, and strength standards, following both organizational and state protocols.
• Collaborate with fellow rehabilitation professionals to develop clear, individualized, and evidence-based Treatment Plans that include measurable short and long-term rehabilitation goals.
• Design and implement customized therapeutic interventions, adjusting treatment schedules and techniques based on patient progress and response to therapy.
• Document all patient interactions and treatment outcomes rigorously according to medical documentation standards, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Engage in continuing education and training opportunities to remain current with developments in the field of physical therapy and evidence-based practices.
• Provide mentorship to junior staff and contribute to the overall team efforts by assisting in facility operations, maintaining equipment, and ensuring a conducive therapy atmosphere.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.

• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification with AED.
