Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients to assess their physical capabilities, limitations, and specific health needs, taking into account physician's orders.
• Develop personalized treatment plans with measurable goals and document progress in a timely manner, ensuring adherence to professional standards.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities and exercises to promote recovery, improve function, and enhance quality of life.
• Maintain detailed and accurate patient records, including evaluations, treatment notes, discharge summaries, and billing information, with a focus on concise communication.
• Supervise and support Physical Therapy Assistants (PTAs) and other support staff, ensuring delivery of care aligns with established goals and standards.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians, case managers, and occupational therapists, to evaluate and refine treatment programs.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and suggest improvements to enhance clinic productivity and the overall patient experience.

Qualifications
