Description

Office Support Admin will be reviewing/entering security clearance applications for the entire organization for approval.

They are responsible for entering government items (Security Clearance, Postal Clearance, Airport Authority) and personal information for employees into database.

Majority of time will be spent typing/entering all of the data from the application and submitting into the system (60-80 applications per day)

Scanning and indexing documents

Entering/updating data into Excel Spreadsheets

Filing and boxing documents for records archival

Will also be responsible for performing other administrative duties such as making copies and filing documents.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

1-2 years of heavy administrative/clerical experience within an office setting

Experience using Microsoft Excel and other MS suite applications

PC skills are paramount with accuracy; particularly Excel (Admin is dealing with government compliance so accurate accurate submissions are very important)

Experience handling confidential/sensitive information

Experience saving to a USB jump drive, internet browsers i.e. MS Edge, Chrome

Must possess strong attention to detail

Ability to type at least 40 words per minute

This is a Contract position based out of Memphis, TN.

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
