Project Manager - Commercial

Overview Construction Project Manager - Memphis, TN Hybrid: Remote, from home with about 30% travel to job sites We are seeking a Construction Project Manager to oversee a mix of new construction, renovations, and capital improvement projects, including an adaptive reuse of a historical building in the Memphis market. This role will manage timelines, budgets, and quality across commercial and industrial assets. Responsibilities Manage end-to-end project execution, including cost estimation, scheduling, permitting coordination, and value engineering—particularly in adaptive reuse environments. Collaborate with field teams, design partners, and contractors to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in alignment with performance standards. Maintain project documentation, track progress, and report status to stakeholders. Identify and mitigate risks, coordinate with permitting authorities, and manage change orders.
