About the Job The Outside Sales Representative at Ironclad Environmental Solutions will drive revenue growth with new and existing accounts. This role focuses on expanding a rapidly growing division over the next five years and advancing your sales career. Key Responsibilities Develop the assigned territory through prospecting, cold calling, qualifying leads, and following up on referrals, while setting appointments and delivering sales presentations. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing specific requirements, including proposal responses and industry‑specific solutions, and lead solution development to meet customer needs, coordinating with necessary team members. Offer technical support for Tank, Box, Filtration Pumps, Pipes, and Hoses at job sites and collaborate with Branch and Regional Management to create annual strategic sales plans and quarterly revenue goals. Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies. Maintain customer records and document interactions and opportunities in CRM. Perform other duties as assigned. Be part of a company committed to environmental sustainability and innovation. Qualifications 4+ years’ sales experience OR a bachelor’s degree AND 2+ years’ sales experience. Experience using a CRM, preferably Salesforce.com. Ability to multi‑task with a high degree of attention to detail and follow‑through. Ability to work in an indoor and outdoor environment, including below equipment and exposure to dust, noise, and hazardous materials. Proven track record of growing a territory and existing accounts through referrals. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Strong computer skills. Strong construction or mechanical aptitude preferred. Preferred experience in Industrial Tank Box, Filtration and either Petrochemical, Construction, Mining or Oil & Gas fluid and solid management.
