$65,000 - $70,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage community associations, ensuring smooth operations and fostering a positive environment.
• Collaborate closely with Board members to provide expert guidance and support for community initiatives.
• Oversee property maintenance and improvements, ensuring high standards of quality and safety.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with residents, addressing concerns and enhancing community satisfaction.
• Utilize cutting-edge technology for real-time financial reporting and AI-powered resident support.
• Coordinate with the administrative assistant and accounting team to streamline financial processes.
• Develop and implement strategies to drive community growth and engagement, aligning with organizational goals.

Qualifications:

• Experience in property management or a related field, with a focus on community association leadership.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with Board members, providing strategic guidance and support.
• Proven track record of managing property maintenance and improvements, ensuring quality and safety standards.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain positive relationships with residents and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in using technology for financial reporting and resident support, enhancing operational efficiency.
• Ability to coordinate with administrative and accounting teams to streamline financial processes.
