What You'll Do: Be the go-to contact for customers, providing clear, friendly communication.
Schedule and coordinate service appointments, ensuring everything runs like clockwork.
Keep track of job schedules and make real-time adjustments to meet customer needs and team availability.
Keep accurate records of customer interactions and job progress-no detail is too small!
Work closely with internal teams to keep everyone updated on job details.
Use tools like Microsoft Teams and Microsoft 365 to stay organized and connected (don't worry, we'll train you!).
Stay ahead of scheduling conflicts, delays, and customer concerns-problem-solving is your superpower! What We're Looking For: A positive, can-do attitude (because we believe in the power of teamwork!).
Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
A problem-solver who thrives on keeping things moving smoothly.
Basic computer skills-experience with Microsoft Excel, Teams, and Outlook is a bonus (but we're happy to train you!).
