Plant HR Specialist - Hiring, Onboarding & Relations

Randstad USA is seeking an approachable, detail‑oriented HR Specialist to split time between the office and the plant floor in support of our manufacturing crew. You will handle employee relations, recruiting and onboarding, and admin tasks across all shifts. The role requires 2+ years of HR experience (manufacturing/industrial preferred) and an Associate degree. Compensation is $28–$30 per hour, with standard benefits and a focus on accurate HRIS data, timecard auditing, and adherence to WA #J-18808-Ljbffr Randstad USA
