Title: Risk Specialist - Privacy Subject Matter Professional
Responsibilities: • Assist with managing the schedule for the Company's CCPA implementation project.• Support the Company to prepare for its compliance activities with CCPA requirements through structured program oversight.
• Provide transparency and reporting to stakeholders to support the PMO Office.
• Support the Company to prepare for the ADMT, Cyber Audits, and Risk Assessment regulations, including performing current-state capability readiness Analysis and providing proposed recommendations and Enhancements
• Provide subject matter guidance and insights to Company based on industry observed practices
• Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold the firm's respectful and courteous work environment. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in business administration, finance, risk management, or a related field preferred; minimum of a high school diploma or GED is required
• Proven experience in risk management, preferably in a similar role.
• Proficient in using risk management software and tools; CIPP/US, CIPT, or CIPM Preferred • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
• Excellent knowledge of risk management principles, methodologies, and frameworks.
• Familiarity with relevant regulations and compliance requirements.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
