Job Description We are looking for passionate individuals who can maintain and enhance existing client relationship by cross-selling and up-selling our services and creating new ones where possible. The Accounts Director should be able to: Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end account strategy, growth planning, and execution for multiple enterprise accounts. Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high satisfaction and increased revenue. Identify and close new opportunities within existing accounts. Lead account managers, set priorities, and drive process improvements. Conduct account reviews, handle escalations, and respond to RFIs/RFPs. Plan and forecast revenue, resources, and P&L for assigned accounts. Collaborate with business, IT, and strategy teams to deliver client solutions. Qualifications 12-15 yrs exp in B2B sales and account management for Fortune 1000 enterprise clients Experience in CPG, Retail, Lifesciences or BFSI verticals Solid track record in profitable sales and revenue growth by building strong inroads into enterprise accounts Strong background in analytics, data science, big data, and enterprise solutions. Proven consultative selling skills and ability to influence senior stakeholders Deeper understanding of account opportunities, and improve forecast accuracy for consistent business results. #J-18808-Ljbffr
