Financial Services Recruiter – Product and Credit We are looking for an Associate level recruiter with excellent client management skills, the ability to lead efficient meetings, and substantial experience with complex offers, impeccable sourcing skills, and proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter. Product recruitment skills are a must. Responsibilities Recruiting for: (Functional types of roles) Supporting Product-focused hiring , including: Product, Product Management, Program Management, Analyst, and VP-level searches. The recruiter will manage full-cycle recruiting nationally . Qualifications 3–5+ years recruiting experience – Product recruiting is a big plus! Full lifecycle recruiting (intake/qualification, sourcing, screening, scheduling, offer support, etc.) Background from agency and/or enterprise recruiting Comfortable working in a metrics-driven environment Previous ATS experience (Oracle) Experience with closing deals (rate negotiation, compensation, closing) Experience with complex offers Strong communication skills – Will be requested for feedback from executives at times 5 days in the office Nice-to-Haves Strong sourcing / cold calling capability Soft Skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and cross-functional environment Ability to synthesize large amounts of information to inform decisions in order to drive work forward Demonstrate ability to effectively communicate within a team environment and interact across departments. Ability to work flexible working hours to cover occasional late finishes as demanded by the business.
