Job Description Job Description Wealth Management and Financial Planning Office in Concord, CA is seeking Full Time Office Administrative Assistant Established and growing wealth management and financial planning office in Concord, CA is seeking to fill full-time Office Admin Assistant ASAP. This is NOT a temporary position. There are opportunities for career advancement. Schedule: The office is open 9am-5pm Monday through Friday. Assistant will work approx. 40 hours per week with some flexibility in start/ending times. Our office is located at 1855 Gateway Blvd, Concord, CA 94520. Compensation is hourly plus bonus. Starting hourly rate ranges from $22.00/hr. - $26.00/hr., depending on experience. Bonuses (annual target 10%) are based on achievement of expected outcomes and also for achieving additional goals. The Assistant will enjoy zero cost professional financial and tax planning services. Other benefits include 401(k) with match once eligible, discretionary profit sharing, paid time off and "early office closure" days. The applicant must: have authorization to work in the United States be fluent in English pass a credit check (no bankruptcies in the last 10 years and no accounts currently in collection) pass a criminal background check (no felonies in the last 10 years) have reliable transportation have a smartphone with texting capability be highly proficient with Windows computers and Microsoft Office be a fast learner, resourceful, able to work independently be professional and courteous at all times be good with numbers be detail oriented be coachable be able to work quickly and accurately be an excellent “people person” Previous financial industry experience preferred but not required. Administrative Assistant Duties: Schedule client and prospective client appointments Handle general client inquiries Answer phones and emails Maintain/update client data in online systems (CRM, etc) Prepare/review paperwork Periodic outreach to clients Verify transactions Coordinate educational and marketing events Maintain files Produce reports Submit weekly/monthly logs Process paperwork and verify completion Resolve issues that cause delays in processing Document/update policies and procedures for the office Handle incoming and outgoing mail Other duties as assigned Career development opportunities may include promotion to project coordinator, project manager, paraplanner, or financial advisor roles.
