Press Operators 2nd Shift

Anchor Fabrication

$1.00/hr. Shift Premium

Anchor Fabrication, LLC, a precision metal fabrication company located in LaVergne, Tennessee is seeking experienced Press and Punch Operators for the 2nd shift.

· Set up and operate all Punch & Press operations to produce quality parts.

· Conducts preventative as scheduled

• Read blueprints and conduct first/last piece inspection.
• Troubleshoot and repair minor issues as needed. Work with Maintenance on major issues.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• May be required to work overtime or different shift than originally assigned based on company needs.
• Other duties as assigned.

Experience and Qualifications:

· Experience in the metal fabrication industries is a plus.

· Punch & Press Operation experience preferred

· Mechanically adept.

· Blueprint reading

· Good math skills

· G/D & T Knowledge preferred but not required

Education:

• High School or Equivalent
• Technical School Experience a plus

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

• La Vergne, TN 37086: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

• Manufacturing: 1 year (Preferred)
• Press brake machine: 1 year (Preferred)

Shift availability:

• 2nd shift 2:30pm-11pm

Work Location: In person
