Naples Soap Company is seeking an experienced and driven Retail Store Manager to lead one of our high-performing locations in a premier shopping destination on 5th Ave in Naples, FL.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of daily store operations.
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team.
- Drive sales growth and consistently achieve performance targets.
- Manage scheduling, inventory, and operational reporting.
- Deliver an exceptional and engaging customer experience.
- Ensure accuracy in cash handling and sales transactions.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of retail management experience
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales goals and key performance metrics.
- Background in specialty retail, beauty, or luxury environments preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
