Volt is immediately hiring for Accessioner I in Lincoln, NE. The main function of an accessioner is responsible for processing laboratory samples. They work with other laboratory employees to catalog patient specimens, like blood, urine, or tissue, for analysis. They mostly work with blood. Lab professionals carry out diagnosis and treatment based on the samples received.

As an Accessioner I, your responsibilities:

• Lab experience
• Medical field experience
• Candidates that do not have an issue with bodily fluids – that is what we handle, can't be squeamish around blood, urine, stool
• Data entry skills would be a plus
• Hard to stick patient skills required.
• Geriatric and maternity patient experience

Minimum Qualifications:

• 0-2 years of work experience.
• High School Diploma or GED

Pay Rate:
