About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to be the senior finance leader in a multi-entity operating environment. The CFO will be a key partner to the ownership and executive leadership, providing financial guidance and support during a period of growth and maturation. This role is pivotal in overseeing financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management, as well as driving process improvement and scalable financial practices. The ideal candidate will have a hands-on, practical leadership style, and a strong understanding of GAAP, WIP, and job costing concepts. Applicants for the CFO position at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance, with a preference for a CPA. A minimum of 12 years' progressive accounting and finance experience is required, with a background in a construction or project-based environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing financial leadership across accounting and finance functions, guiding job costing, WIP, and revenue recognition processes, and partnering with operations and leadership on financial insights. The role demands a leader who is adept at improving processes, leading by example, and building a strong financial structure.
