About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative specializing in travel. In this role, you'll support clients with their travel inquiries, assist with bookings, and ensure each traveler enjoys a seamless experience from start to finish. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys problem-solving, communicating with people, and has a passion for travel.
Responsibilities
- Respond to client inquiries regarding travel options, bookings, and itineraries
- Assist with reservations for flights, hotels, cruises, and vacation packages
- Provide timely support to resolve questions or concerns before, during, and after travel
- Research destinations and promotions to recommend the best options for clients
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred (but not required)
- Passion for travel and helping others plan meaningful experiences
