Travel Customer Service Representative
We are seeking a dedicated Travel Customer Service Representative to assist clients before, during, and after their trips. This role is focused on delivering exceptional service, managing travel-related requests, and ensuring every traveler enjoys a smooth and worry-free experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with clients via email, phone, and messaging platforms to provide support
- Handle booking modifications, itinerary adjustments, cancellations, and special travel arrangements
- Provide accurate information about destinations, travel requirements, and company procedures
- Proactively follow up with clients to confirm travel details and resolve concerns
- Address and resolve issues promptly while maintaining a professional and positive attitude
Ideal Candidate
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused approach
- Previous experience in customer service (travel or hospitality preferred)
- Organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Comfortable using digital systems and learning new tools
- Passionate about travel and committed to client satisfaction
