Position Overview: We are hiring independent Customer Service Representatives to support clients in various industries, including retail, travel, utilities, and healthcare. In this role, you'll assist customers by phone, chat, or email-resolving issues, answering questions, and providing excellent service. You will choose your schedule, projects, and workload, making this a great opportunity for self-starters seeking work-from-home flexibility. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide professional and empathetic support to customers via phone, chat, or email
- Follow client-specific procedures and use tools provided to resolve inquiries
- Maintain a quiet, distraction-free work environment during scheduled hours
- Attend and complete any required training or certification for selected projects
- Communicate effectively and escalate issues when needed
- Adhere to performance metrics and client guidelines
- Previous customer service, call center, or remote support experience preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
- Must reside in the U.S. and be legally eligible to work
- Computer with Windows 10 or 11, reliable internet, USB headset, and a quiet workspace
- Must be comfortable completing unpaid client certification programs (typically 2-4 weeks)
