Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to identify clients' mental health needs, strengths, and available resources.

• Provide direct therapy services including individual, family, and group therapy, utilizing evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy and trauma-focused therapy.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that focus on clear therapeutic goals and appropriate interventions.

• Collaborate with other mental health professionals, including psychologists and psychiatrists, to ensure a coordinated approach to care.

• Facilitate crisis interventions, conduct risk assessments, and develop safety plans as needed to ensure client well-being.

• Lead support groups and psychoeducation classes, enhancing the therapeutic experience and providing clients with valuable resources outside of traditional sessions.

• Document all interactions and treatment progress meticulously following ethical and legal standards.

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your client focus will include a diverse population experiencing various mental health challenges. Qualifications\n
