Senior Digital Marketing Strategist - Email & Automation

Shape the Future of Customer Engagement Through Email and Marketing Automation.We're seeking a Senior Digital Marketing Strategist – Email & Automation to lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of our enterprise email marketing and marketing automation programs.This highly visible role combines strategic planning, campaign execution, customer journey design, and performance analytics to drive customer engagement and business growth. As the organization's marketing automation expert, you'll help define best practices, improve processes, and identify innovative ways to connect with customers throughout their lifecycle.While email is the primary focus, you'll also create connected experiences across digital and sales touchpoints to ensure every customer interaction contributes to a seamless journey.What You'll DoServe as the strategic owner of email marketing and marketing automation initiativesDevelop and execute email campaigns and automated customer journeysBuild segmentation and personalization strategiesDrive testing, optimization, and performance improvementsAnalyze campaign effectiveness and communicate strategic recommendationsPartner with stakeholders to align marketing efforts with business goalsEnhance automation processes and operational efficiencySupport integrated cross-channel campaignsMentor team members and champion best practicesStay ahead of emerging digital marketing and automation trendsWhat You'll BringBachelor's degree4–6 years of experience in digital marketing, email marketing, or marketing automationExperience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Marketo, or similar platformsStrong understanding of automation, segmentation, customer journeys, and lifecycle marketingProven success managing complex campaigns and optimization initiativesStrong analytical, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management skillsExperience leading testing and experimentation programsHTML/CSS and SQL knowledge a plusJobFamilyMarketingJobFunctionLife and Annuity Distribution (LAD)PayTypeSalaryEmploymentIndicatorIndividual Contributor
