Shift Manager

Position Summary Our Panda Shift Leader associates are important leaders of our team and are responsible for bringing Panda's mission alive in our restaurants by supporting management in creating food with passion and ensuring a positive guest experience. A Shift Lead is responsible for supporting the overall shift operations, sales performance, and execution of brand excellence in a store. Shift Leads typically support a staff of 1 to 8 team members. Responsibilities Support shift operations, manage sales performance, and execute brand excellence. Assist management in creating food with passion and maintaining high quality standards. Lead, coach, and develop a team of 1 to 8 staff members. Ensure customer service excellence and a positive guest experience. Coordinate with management to address any operational or staffing issues. Qualifications Minimum one year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail keyholder experience. Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English. Knowledge of store inventory control is preferred.
