We invite you to join our team and start changing lives today.The Residential Program Manager oversees the day-to-day activities within North Community Counseling Centers Residential Services. This person is a leader who brings an attitude that is positive and generates a therapeutic environment. Quality assurance, documentation, and supervision are core functions for this role. The Residential Program Manager reports to the Director of Residential Services.Duties:Facilitate referral and intake process for new residentsPerform tasks and services necessary to maintain daily operations of a residential care facilityAttend all mandatory meetings and trainings on Medication Administration, Emergency Safety, Standard Precautions, First Aid & CPR trainingProvide supervision to direct support professionals and shift leadConduct additional services requested by the clients or their service team that may improve their quality of life, health and safetyReview daily resident logs and shift logsEnsure all required health and safety drills are completedQuality assurance of medication and financial recordsObserve Direct Support Professionals as they assist residents with ADLsProvide verbal and written performance feedback to staff on a continuous basisPlan and implement recreational activities for the clientsEnsure staff are scheduled to cover all houses and all shifts 24/7Maintain an efficient communication system for client schedules, food menus, and documentation due datesProvide behavioral intervention, as neededServe as a role model of appropriate behavior and social skills in the home and the communityConduct additional services requested by the clients or their service team that may improve their quality of life, health and safetyQualifications:Bachelor's degree in social work or a related field preferredMinimum of two years' experience in residential settingsTechnical skills for electronic communications and electronic records, requiredMust have a valid Ohio driver's licenseExperience working with mental health clients, preferred but not requiredAble to pass a background check and drug test$20.00 - $22.00 hourly depending on experience.
