We are seeking a detail-oriented and service-driven Sales Operations Analyst to support the day-to-day operational needs of our Sales organization. This role serves as a key partner to Account Executives, Customer Success Managers, Finance, and Revenue Operations by maintaining CRM data quality, supporting quote generation and approvals, administering sales tools, and helping ensure a smooth and efficient sales process.

Responsibilities:

Sales Operations Support: Serve as a primary point of contact for day-to-day sales operations questions and support requests. Provide timely guidance to sales teams on processes, policies, systems, and deal workflows. Support ongoing enablement by documenting procedures, FAQs, and best practices. CRM Administration & Data Hygiene: Maintain data integrity within Salesforce, ensuring accurate account, contact, opportunity, and territory information. Perform regular audits and cleanup activities to improve CRM quality and reporting accuracy. Partner with Revenue Operations leadership to identify and implement process improvements. Quote & Deal Support: Build and validate customer quotes in accordance with pricing and commercial guidelines. Support sales team members throughout the quote creation and approval process. Review deals for completeness and compliance prior to routing for approvals. Systems Administration & User Support: Provide day-to-day support for sales technology platforms, including: Salesforce (primary platform), Hubspot, and Gong Assist with user provisioning, troubleshooting, permissions, and basic system configuration. Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, automate manual processes, and improve user experience. Participate in special projects related to sales process optimization and system enhancements. Requirements:

1-2+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Deal Desk, or Salesforce Administration 2+ years of experience in a B2B SaaS environment Experience working with Salesforce CRM. Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy. Strong communication skills with a customer-service mindset. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Proficiency with Excel
