We are looking for a **Senior Business Process Improvement Analyst** with strong hands-on experience in **business process analysis, workflow optimization, automation delivery, and Microsoft Power Platform development**.

This is a hands-on role that combines **Business Analysis, Process Improvement, Process Design, and Power Platform Automation** to reduce repetitive administrative work and improve operational efficiency.

### Key Requirements

- 7+ years of experience in **Business Analysis, Business Process Improvement, Process Design, or Automation Delivery**.
- 4+ years of hands-on experience with **Microsoft Power Platform**, including:
- Power Automate
- Power Apps
- SharePoint Lists
- Microsoft Forms
- Microsoft 365 integrations
- Strong experience with **business process analysis and future-state process design**.
- Hands-on experience with **process mapping and workflow design**.
- Strong experience gathering and documenting **business and functional requirements**.
- Experience developing and maintaining **Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)**.
- Experience documenting **business rules, workflows, triggers, approvals, and process dependencies**.
- Strong knowledge of **process improvement methodologies**.
- Experience designing and implementing **approval workflows, routing solutions, notifications, reminders, and automated follow-ups**.
- Strong experience with **SharePoint architecture, Lists, folders, metadata, and document management**.
- Experience automating operational processes using the **Microsoft 365 ecosystem**.
- Experience with **workflow testing, deployment, troubleshooting, and production support**.
- Ability to work with business stakeholders and process owners to identify automation opportunities.

### Key Responsibilities

#### Business Process Analysis & Design

- Analyze current-state business processes and identify repetitive or manual activities that can be automated.
- Map workflows and identify opportunities to reduce manual:
- Document creation
- Email communication
- Folder creation
- Data entry
- Reminders
- Follow-ups
- Workflow coordination
- Partner with business and process owners to understand process triggers, inputs, outputs, business rules, approvals, and dependencies.
- Design efficient **future-state workflows** that define which activities should be automated and which require human decision-making.
- Create detailed **process maps, requirements documents, workflow diagrams, business rules, and SOPs**.
- Evaluate and prioritize automation opportunities based on business value, complexity, effort, and operational risk.

#### Power Platform & Automation Development

- Design, develop, test, deploy, and support automation solutions using **Power Automate, Power Apps, SharePoint, and Microsoft 365**.
- Create automated workflows for document generation, approval routing, notifications, reminders, and record management.
- Build solutions that automatically create and update **SharePoint Lists, folders, workspaces, and structured records**.
- Automate standardized Word, PowerPoint, Excel, PDF, and other business-document generation using structured data.
- Develop automated folder and workspace creation processes for new projects and initiatives.
- Implement event-driven and templated email workflows based on deadlines, status changes, approvals, and business events.
- Automate reminders and follow-ups for outstanding actions, missing information, validations, and deadlines.
- Develop approval and routing workflows that automatically direct requests and documents to appropriate stakeholders.
- Build automation for recurring governance and operational artifacts.
- Integrate Microsoft 365 solutions with external platforms such as **Monday.com**, where appropriate.
