As we deliver our ambitious 2030 Growth Strategy, we’re looking for a Digital Sales Specialist – Pharma Ingredients, accountable for delivering profitable growth within your assigned region by acquiring new customers, expanding existing accounts, and implementing effective pricing and sales strategies in alignment with company objectives.Who We’re Looking For:· Bachelor's Degree in a Science related discipline or Business discipline · Minimum 2 years of sales experience is desirable· Technical selling capability, including the ability to understand customer requirements and present tailored technical solutions in a clear and compelling manner · Ability to work on their own without supervision; initiative-taking· Ability to manage multiple priorities at once· Excellent people skills, ability to communicate effectively with people of diverse backgrounds and status· Industry, market, & product knowledge Proficiency in Microsoft OfficeUse of SAP, C2G, and general IT systems or ability to develop this in <3 monthsWhat You’ll Be Doing:· Manage and grow sales and margin in the defined territory via direct customer contact. · Developing new business opportunities through active engagement with existing accounts and converting leads into sales.· Provide technical expertise and product recommendations for the promotion of products that provide tailored solutions to meet customer needs.· Implement the launch and promotion of new products and growth initiatives.· Develop and maintain up-to-date, relevant technical, regulatory and market knowledge.· Manage and forecast account details, sales pipeline, and new opportunities in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.What We Offer:The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary and benefits package including: · Excellent Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage, available immediately. · Generous PTO · 401K Match · Wellness Reimbursement · Parental Leave · Career Development · Company paid and voluntary Life and AD&D Insurance · Short- and long-term disability · Paid Holidays Additional Information:Annual Base Salary Range: $97,000.00 to $105,000.00This range reflects the base salary the company expects to pay for this position. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, experience, education, and skill level.
