Automotive Sales Consultant

Princeton BMW is seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused Automotive Sales Consultant to join their team and the Holman family!

This role is ideal for a motivated sales professional who is passionate about delivering an exceptional client experience and helping customers find the vehicle that best fits their needs and lifestyle.

Job Duties:

• Build rapport with customers to understand their automotive needs, preferences, and budget
• Guide customers through the vehicle selection process by presenting features, technology, performance capabilities, and financing options.
• Conduct engaging vehicle demonstrations and test drives that highlight the benefits of BMW products.
• Collaborate with customers, Sales Managers, and Finance & Insurance (F&I) personnel to structure and negotiate vehicle purchases and lease agreements
• Assist customers throughout the purchase process and ensure accurate completion of all required documentation.
• Follow up with customers after delivery to ensure satisfaction, encourage referrals, and foster long-term relationships.
• Utilize CRM and dealership software to track customer interactions and sales activities.
• Meet or exceed individual sales goals while contributing to the success of the team.
• Deliver a professional, customer-centric experience that supports dealership and manufacturer standards.

Qualifications:

• Previous automotive sales experience preferred; luxury automotive sales experience is a plus.
• Proven ability to build relationships and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable motor vehicle record.
• High School Diploma or GED; additional education or relevant sales training is a plus.
• One year of sales, customer service, or related experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
