Finance Manager

We are partnering with a rapidly-growing, multi-billion dollar organization headquartered in North Atlanta that is looking to add a FP&A Manager to their team. This person will serve as a strategic team member and be a key driver in the short-term and long-term strategy and decision making. Responsibilities: Develop and facilitate annual financial budget and planning, forecasting, reporting, and monthly reviews Coordinate and partner with accounting during the monthly close process Provided reporting and analyses of financial results weekly, monthly, and quarterly as well as develop long-term plans Research, analyze and help explain any variances to plan/forecast and presenting financials to senior leadership Develop, track, and monitor KPI's to track performance and monitor workloads Work cross-functionally with various departments to solve key business issues Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accounting/Business Administration or similar field required 5-7+ years of progressive experience in similar roles Prior experience building financial models from scratch is ideal Experience managing multi-sites/locations as well as experience in a private equity backed company highly preferred Experience with Oracle, SAP, and OneStream highly preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr firstPRO 360
