Finance Manager

Atrium is seeking a Strategic Finance Manager on behalf of our client to lead financial planning and analysis, drive strategic initiatives, and provide insights to support executive decision‑making. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Responsibilities Lead forecasting, budgeting, and financial consolidation activities. Analyze financial performance, risks, and opportunities to support decision‑making. Partner with business leaders to provide P&L, cash flow, and operational insights. Develop and enhance financial reports, dashboards, and analytics. Support ad‑hoc analysis, reporting, and cross‑functional projects. Drive process improvements, reporting standardization, and automation efforts. Required Experience/Skills 8+ years of progressive finance experience Strong FP&A, financial modeling, and strategic finance background Proficiency with large ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) Education Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field required Advanced degree (MBA or Master’s in Finance) preferred Professional certifications such as CPA, CFA, or CMA are a plus If eligible under the ACA, medical, dental and vision benefits and time off in accordance with local paid sick time laws will be offered.
