Pie Insurance seeks a Team Lead, Collections to own the end-to-end past-due receivable process, including installment payments, audits, and settlements. You will lead a team of contributors, BPO partners, and offshore resources while driving recovery, SLAs, and KPI performance. You will partner with Compliance, Legal, Product, and Engineering to build systems and automations, improve processes, and ensure timely closeout of receivables.
