Because ARCO is committed to creating opportunities for individual success, from day one, you will be given the tools to excel in your role, take on meaningful responsibilities, and experience why ARCO is truly the best place to build a career.A Day in the Life:Responsible for managerial aspects of a project including estimating, proposal preparation, contract negotiations, scheduling, budgeting, design review, and executionWork closely with owners and design team to develop preliminary concept drawingsParticipate in proposal meeting with owner to review the scope of work and provide value engineering ideasOversee the buyout process and selection of subcontractorsConduct biweekly jobsite meetingsPartner with Superintendent to ensure safety, quality control, and scheduleMake sound decisions under tight deadlinesNecessary Qualifications:At least 5-8+ years of project management experience in multifamily, commercial and/or light industrial projectsHighly prefer design-build experienceProficiency in project management software (e.g. Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project)Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field requiredWhat We Can Offer You:At ARCO, we are committed to taking care of our greatest asset – our team.
