The Electrical Project Manager is responsible to plan, price, safely execute, and finalize projects according to strict client deadlines and within budget. This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members, suppliers and occasional second party subcontractors and to deliver projects according to this plan. The Project Manager will also define the project's objectives and oversee the safety, quality, organization, and cost / value of each job for all electrical design, associated drawings, load calculations, related software code, BOM's, operational and maintenance manuals, customer training, system start-ups, and related travel.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Actively lead and conduct evaluations for projects.
• Monitor project cost and evaluate project cost vs. estimate discrepancies.
• Manage overall production and equipment on project-related activities on jobsites.
• Prepare scopes of work, estimates and proposals and participate in business development meetings with present and prospective clients.
• Contribute to company-wide Teamwork plans and seek business opportunities related to all NABHOLZ companies.
• Be self-motivated, possess superior written and oral communication skills, and be comfortable working both solo and on team assignments.
• Overnight travel will be necessary from time to time.
• Build, develop, and grow any business relationships vital to the success of Nabholz
• Update and standardize current processes.
• Travel Required.
• This job is safety sensitive for medical marijuana purposes.
• This position requires driving a personal vehicle on behalf of the company or a company vehicle; therefore, the applicant must successfully complete a motor vehicle records check, possess, and maintain a current, valid driver's license in their state of residence, and immediately self-report convictions/violations/tickets to the DOT Compliance Specialist as per Company Policy. Any negative change in the status of the employee's driving record may result in the revocation of the employee's privilege to drive for the company.

Education/Skill Requirements:

• Strong ethical values, high safety expectations, and a teamwork attitude.
• A minimum of five years in Maintenance Supervision or Manufacturing Facilities Management is required.
• Capital equipment budgeting, planning and justification.
• Computer skills: Excel, Word, AutoCAD.
• Knowledge of SolidWorks, Inventor, or other 3D cad systems.
• Auto-Cad electrical, develop electrical schematics, wiring diagrams for machinery, and the detailing of supporting electrical components.
• Candidate must have BSEE with 5 or more years of relevant work experience.
• Experience with complex machine control system development, implementation, start-up, and troubleshooting of lifting systems.
• Mechanical design experience a plus.
• E-rail certified (Nabholz will train).
• Excellent customer service.
• Flexibility to work independent or in a team-oriented environment.

Physical Demands:

• Ability to continuously sit, stand, or walk.
• Ability to bend, squat, climb stairs, and lift frequently.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Ability to work in heat or cold, work outside, and work in high elevations.
