Industrial Millwright / Industrial Maintenance Technician Pay: Negotiable – Very Competitive Hours: Monday–Friday, 6am–6pm OR 6pm–6am. Must be available for either shift, overtime, weekends, and call-outs as needed. Location: Muskogee, OK Overtime available!

Job Summary: The Millwright / Maintenance Technician will troubleshoot, repair, install, and maintain heavy industrial production machinery and mechanical equipment. Equipment throughout the facility includes heat treatment operations, hydrotesters, threading equipment, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, and production controls. This position requires someone who is mechanically strong and comfortable diagnosing equipment failures, tearing down and rebuilding machinery, performing alignments, and working in a heavy industrial environment.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical equipment and production machinery
• Replace defective or worn machine components and adjust clearances and alignments
• Install, align, level, dismantle, and relocate industrial machinery
• Troubleshoot and maintain hydraulic and pneumatic systems
• Perform machinery tear-downs, rebuilds, and equipment installations
• Use hoists, jacks, dollies, rollers, forklifts, high lifts, and other material handling equipment
• Perform rigging activities and assist with crane operations
• Read and work from blueprints, schematics, and equipment specifications
• Use micrometers, levels, squares, and other precision measuring instruments
• Repair, lubricate, and maintain machinery and mechanical components
• Perform welding and fabrication as assigned
• Use hand tools and power tools safely and proficiently
• Assist with miscellaneous electrical and mechanical maintenance functions
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to minimize equipment downtime
• Work safely in a hot, cold, dirty, and fast-paced industrial environment

Qualifications:

• 1–2+ years of Millwright, Industrial Maintenance, or similar heavy industrial experience
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills
• Experience with hydraulics and pneumatics
• Welding and fabrication experience preferred
• Rigging and heavy equipment experience preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be available for either day or night shift
• Must be available for overtime, weekends, and call-outs as needed
