Role Overview Join our Development Team on the Luke Program to support our client with design, creation, deployment, and maintenance of multiple ServiceNow scoped applications supporting the Intelligence Community. What You Will Do Develop, maintain, and enhance applications on the ServiceNow platform; develop and unit test code; customize ServiceNow applications; and collaborate with other ServiceNow administrators. Requirements U.S. Citizen with an active Top Secret (TS)/SCI Clearance with Polygraph Bachelor's degree in an IT related field and a minimum of 6 years of related experience Extensive backend development experience with JavaScript and how it applies to ServiceNow, along with ServiceNow Glide, ServiceNow developer certification, preferably Certified System Administrator (CSA) Understanding of and support with best practices across both commercial and federal sectors as it relates to workflow and process management Excellent interpersonal skills with proven ability to team with industry partners Ability to estimate work effort requirements efficiently and appropriately Ability to communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment Strong public speaking skills and professional demeanor required Experience in scrum and agile frameworks for development Benefits healthcare wellness financial retirement family support continuing education time off benefits #J-18808-Ljbffr ARKA Group, LP
