Schedule: Between the hours of 8:30am-6:00pm Monday–Thursday (flexible) Location: White Bear Lake, MN | In-person About Us North Star Medical Clinic is a pain control and regenerative medicine clinic in White Bear Lake, MN, dedicated to helping patients find lasting relief from pain without medications or surgery. We take an integrated, evidence-based approach — combining regenerative medicine, chiropractic care, spinal/knee decompression therapy, and medical aesthetics — to identify and treat the root cause of our patients' pain, not just mask the symptoms. About the Role We're looking for a part‑time Nurse Practitioner to join our team on a flexible schedule. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who is mission‑driven and passionate about non‑surgical, non‑pharmaceutical approaches to patient care, and who wants to be part of a collaborative, patient‑centered clinic. Responsibilities Conduct patient evaluations and comprehensive diagnostic exams Develop and oversee individualized, non‑surgical treatment plans for chronic and acute pain conditions (e.g., neuropathy, joint pain, disc injuries) Administer or oversee regenerative medicine treatments Collaborate with our chiropractic and care team to deliver integrated treatment plans Educate patients on treatment options and expected outcomes Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation Preferred Qualifications Active Minnesota NP license in good standing Experience or strong interest in pain management, regenerative medicine, or functional/integrative care Strong interest in hormone therapy a plus — we're open to incorporating this into the role for the right candidate Excellent communication and bedside manner; comfortable educating patients on non‑traditional treatment approaches Self‑motivated, mission‑aligned, and excited to grow with a values‑driven practice Schedule & Compensation Part‑time with flexible scheduling Hours can be tailored to align with clinic hours (Mon/Tue/Wed/Thu, 8:00 AM–1:30 PM and 3:00–6:00 PM) Complimentary in clinic services for you and your family To Apply Please send your resume and a brief note about why this mission resonates with you to Bianca at View email address on click.appcast.io #J-18808-Ljbffr North Star Medical
