What You'll Be Doing As a Maintenance Supervisor, you'll oversee the day-to-day maintenance operations by: Leading and supporting a team of maintenance technicians Coordinating work orders, preventive maintenance, and apartment turns Troubleshooting and resolving complex maintenance issues Ensuring the property remains safe, attractive, and operating efficiently Managing vendor relationships and maintenance projects Supporting budget and inventory management Delivering exceptional service to residents and helping resolve maintenance concerns What We're Looking For We're searching for someone who is: A strong leader who enjoys developing and supporting others Highly organized and able to prioritize competing demands Skilled at troubleshooting and problem-solving Customer-service focused Dependable, accountable, and detail-oriented Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Preferred Experience 3+ years of multifamily maintenance experience Experience leading maintenance teams or supervising projects Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general building systems EPA Certification preferred Experience with maintenance management software and mobile technology Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Why RBM?
