Pharmacy Technician in Saint Charles, MO

A small hospital pharmacy in the St. Louis suburbs is seeking a skilled Pharmacy Technician to support their team with an immediate start. This contract opportunity offers approximately 8 weeks of consistent weekday hours, ideal for professionals looking to apply their hospital pharmacy expertise in a focused setting.

Location: Saint Charles, MO

Schedule:

Monday to Friday
8:00 AM to 4:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

Perform sterile compounding with strict adherence to safety and quality protocols
Restock Omnicells to ensure seamless medication availability
Manage incoming pharmacy calls efficiently and professionally
Collaborate with pharmacy staff to maintain smooth operational flow

Desired Experience and Qualifications:

Valid Missouri Pharmacy Technician License required
Prior hospital pharmacy experience is preferred to navigate the clinical environment effectively
Local candidates are highly desired to facilitate quick onboarding and support
