Office Assistant / Insurance Agent Trainee

Position Details

Position Type: Part-time (20 - 30 hours/week)

Compensation: $15 - $17 USD/Hour

Language Requirement: Bilingual (English/Spanish) required

Role Responsibilities
  • Welcome and assist clients professionally
  • Answer incoming calls and provide excellent customer service
  • Schedule appointments and support office operations
  • Follow up with clients and maintain accurate records
  • Learn agency systems, products, and procedures
  • Assist licensed agents while preparing for your own career growth
